An optional, no-obligation telephone call to briefly talk about what has brought you to counselling, ask any questions and see whether working together feels right for you.
All clients begin with an initial assessment before counselling starts. This gives us time to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you would like support with and whether I can appropriately meet your needs.
Regular one-to-one counselling offering a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore what you're experiencing, understand yourself more deeply and work towards meaningful change.
Reduced-fee counselling - £50 · 50 minutes
A limited number of reduced-fee daytime appointments are available.
I understand that the cost of counselling can sometimes make accessing support difficult. I therefore keep a limited number of reduced-fee appointments available.
Concessionary counselling - £35 · 50 minutes
Available for clients who are currently unemployed. Evidence of eligibility may be requested.


Practical Information
Online & face-to-face
Sessions are primarily offered online, giving you the flexibility to access counselling from a private space that feels comfortable for you. Face-to-face appointments may also be available where appropriate.
Session frequency
Counselling usually takes place weekly, particularly when we first begin. We can discuss what feels appropriate for you during your initial assessment.
Evening appointments
Appointments from 5pm are available at the standard £60 session fee.
Cancellations & payment
Payment and cancellation arrangements will be explained clearly before counselling begins and included in your counselling agreement.
